SCHRYER CENTER OPEN
- The Schryer Center for Historical and Genealogical Research, our new research library converted from the Carriage House behind the Museum at 51 Milwaukee Street, is beautiful! The official ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house was held on August 24, 2008. Click here for images of the day. The task of transferring the files and primary source materials from the museum to the new building is an ongoing process. All the research-room materials are now available for use, and the process of moving the document-based collection to the new archival area on the second floor of the Schryer Center will be a gradual one. Many thanks to the volunteers assisting in our efforts to improve our research facilities.
